Additional services under flight management only allows seat selection. To add other additional services you have to go to a completely separate page (if you can find it) and then remember your PNR….Just ridiculous!

They can’t provide online check-in in London but send email to check-in online. Their airport staff (skytanking) is beyond terrible! Does not recommend anyone to use them. I flew in a plane run by BBN airways which is unheard of third class airway and was terrible. Their customer service is useless as well and you need to call Turkish number even though they are operating flights in UK.

I am a bit confused whether my star rating is supposed to be for the whole airline or just the app - which is it? I assume just the app and which is indeed terrible as is the website. Have had no problems with flights themselves or other parts of the airline.Also who are the people who have left 5 star reviews with no comments?
Overall terrible experience

Online check in randomly unavailable for certain routes, which is not communicated prior to booking. Have to be at airport 3h before flight to check in (despite website saying 1h). Customer service is rude, and provides misinformation and mixed messaging. Recommend any other airline.
