Absolutely Brilliant – Hooked from Day One

I’ve been using UHF from day one, but recently felt it was missing something—I just couldn’t put my finger on what. While searching for the best IPTV apps, I came across Chillio, and from the very first day, I’ve been completely hooked.The app is brilliant. I love the idea of profiles right from the start, so everyone in the household can watch their own programmes and keep track of what they’re watching. The option for a family sharing plan (at an extra cost) is a great touch and absolutely worth it.You can really tell the developer has put a lot of thought and detail into this app. The ability to add Trakt is a total game changer for me—being able to see what I need to watch next and jump straight into it with one click is just perfect.The syncing between my Mac, iPad, iPhone, and Apple TV is insane—it just works seamlessly and feels effortless. Everything is smooth, intuitive, and well designed.I’m genuinely excited to see what’s coming in the future. This app already feels premium, and honestly, it’s one of the best IPTV experiences I’ve used on Apple devices. Highly recommended!

Worked like a charm for a day so decided to pay for premium. All good and then on the third day (today) continuously asking for me to log in my iptv account details whenever I close and reopen the app and also now says I don’t have premium, despite me paying for it two days ago and it being unlocked. I have tried restoring purchases with no luck it’s just the same showing I don’t have premium? I would like to know how to get a refund. Also I noted that another user was advised to update the app, which I have just done and it has made no difference, as soon as I close the app and reopen it has forgotten my details and no premium account feature despite me having paid for them.
