I downloaded the App, it asked for a 3 day free trial before £6.99 per week so I cancelled, it then offered £12 ish a month or £59 for life, which I did as MS Authenticator wasn’t accepted my MS Login and this app ‘looked’ identical, only it’s a load of technical jargon, absolutely not suitable to my needs, I’ve asked for a refund… will I get it? Probably not! All I can do is contact my bank when the payment has gone by this is so misleading it’s unreal! If you’re smart enough to read reviews beforehand, then DO NOT GET THE APP!
Unable to log back in
strange adiction
I used the authenticated app for my discord. When I wanted to log back it, it asked for my facial recognition the did nothing. I tried to use my other device to log back in but I kept going around in circles, I can’t get back into my discord and now I’ve been forced to pay for something that I don’t need. It’s telling me to enable the authenticated app but I’ve ALREADY ENABLED IT!!

For something meant to be used for security it’s so spammy and annoying to use. The constant plug to try to get you to pay for premium is too much and unnecessary. Also my codes would not work so re tried but it wouldn’t let me so use another app!

Company deliberately pays to have an ad display their app at top of the searches. When searching for Microsoft Authenticator app this app appears directly above it with a similar icon. Bad day when you have to imitate a better app with your poor option just to get installs.
