I recommend this app with confidence. I was hesitant for months about subscribing to MyDrama because I don’t want to buy coins (currently the only way to watch via the app) and the web subscription option that works with a VIP subscription and not coins, needed my card details.However, now they also take PayPal. And I discovered that if you subscribe via the web, you can also watch via the app if you contact the support team, they can sync your account subscription. The support team is very efficient and responsive, I was blown away by how quickly they responded to my email and how quickly they synced up my subscription. As someone who works in support for a well known big tech company myself, this small company has a lot to teach regarding response times and quality of support. They also regularly update the app and it’s glitch free for me. Just one more thing regarding the app itself: hopefully they will add the VIP subscription options via the app as well at one point, the coins model is not really the best option imo. Even compared to Reelshorts, DramaWave and other similar apps (I subscribed to many in the past), MyDrama has great shows and well worth the subscription fee. It’s pretty much the best regarding quality and quantity of content.

The app: I like user friendly approach, design, smooth transitions between episodes and option to watch ads to get coins - a separate thanks for this ☺️ Getting coins as a reward for 2 weeks streak by logging with a coins increase is highly appreciated!Price: a bit expensive with a limited options for coins, compared to other similar “drama” apps I subscribed earlier, but it’s worth it! I tried “unlimited weekly access” on DramaBox - get bored after 5 days. Purchased “unlimited access”for a year to CandyJar, watched almost everything within 5 months 🙈My point is - buying/earning coins to watch episodes keeps the interest, instead of get bored from “unlimited”.Quality: truly high quality of videos! Amazing actors playing(especially Ukrainian!), which makes you believe them. I enjoy watching every episode and craving for more, especially with Evgeniy Lesnichiy & Tetiana Zlova - I would watch anything with both of them - they are my favorites stars ⭐️ Please make more videos!

I have been using most apps from drama box to my reels etc this is the most dishonest money stealing app I paid for my subscription for two weeks they charged 3 separate payments for things I didn’t agree to and didn’t approve the payments ! They only show one you agree on and then charge extra two without you approving them apparently hidden while you setting up . Tried to despite that but all their emails are AL GENERATEDand hard to communicate. I am not even having access to what I agreed to paid for and I keep mailing with their robot who clearly don’t understand! I lost £30 and can’t watch anything they don’t want to refund me either . Pay pal despite is also open . Please take a shower and try not to buy from them make sure you lock all your money from them and cancel subscription straight away . Even the 2 weeks subscription has hidden renewal!

I have just downloaded this app because there was a drama I wanted to watch, knowing that I wouldn’t have enough coins to watch it all the way through, I purchased some.Put the coins that I purchased did not apply to my account so I emailed them, thinking that I would not have a response for days, maybe weeks.But to my surprise, I had a response within 15 minutes apologising for the mistake and not only did they place into the account the amount I purchase but they also added extra on top!This is a company that truly cares about their customers enjoyment and I’m totally here for that!Thank you.
