I love white fox i own 2 of there hoodies and 1 t-shirt and they have such nice designs for the clothes and the fabric is SUCH good quality its so soft and warm but i have to say the t-shirts are a bit over priced but apart from that its so good and I recommend white fox 🎀🤍✨🍒😊

I bought a white fox hoodie on Monday late at night for Black Friday , I chose the fastest shipping , the next day for 6 quid!! I presumed that it would arrive the next day as I am out of the country in 2 days and nearly a week later it isn’t here!! I’m so disappointed especially because it’s an expensive brand. Even shein have better shipping services!! However I do know it says it can take up to 4 business days to get dispatched which is really ridiculous as 6 quid for shipping should at least get it arrived by a few days but no , not even a week later and it hasn’t even been dispatched . even though the hoodies are really nice , they are expensive WHICH MEANS IT SHOULD AT LEAST ARRIVE ON TIME!! never ever repurchasing again! First time and last.

Great that they now have a UK site however I ordered 2 hoodies last year which had to come from Australia as they didn’t have UK app then, but I have now lost my precious orders and any rewards gained from that. The new app has started the account from scratch when it should have just been changed over. Also to return an item you get the option of store credit for the amount you paid or you can get a refund but much much less! £40 store credit or £34 refund, absolutely absurd…

Ordered 30th November it’s now a day before Christmas Eve and still no delivery. App sends you to shop another app that you can track your order and still says preparing shipment. This was mentioned to be a Christmas present for my daughter and now she won’t get it for Christmas Day 22 days waiting. I’ve emailed the white fox company from the app 3 times now and not one single response back. No refund button either. Stay well away from this site.
