Great Game, But…

I downloaded this game a couple of days ago having read some of the reviews. I don’t mind the occasional ad but this game takes the biscuit!! First few games were ad free and then they hit you. I was getting ads after EVERY game and even some during the game.This really REALLY annoyed me, why say the game is ad free when it’s totally not. Developers, look to your ethics …The game itself is brilliant and I was really sad to take the decision of deleting it.

As many others have said, addictive but ads are annoying however, what I find frustrating is the random scoring. I’m almost at level 2000 but I can clear a level, working up through 1,2,4,6,10 and get a zero score, or I can clear a level and instead of going to, say from 6 to 10, it jumps back to 1. I can understand if I have to backtrack or use the hints but when it’s a straight clearance it seems to deny the win. Frustrating!

The score and progress should always reflect your actual play, so what you’re experiencing is not expected behavior. Please open Settings → Help Center in the game and contact our support team with your player ID, the exact level(s) where this happened, and (if possible) screenshots or a short screen recording. This will help us investigate the problem and work on a fix so your wins are counted correctly.

I really love this game but what really annoys me is the amount of ads, it’s so bad. Literally an ad after every game you play which I think is diabolical. It gets so annoying I have to give the game a break and then I won’t play it for a few days cause thinking about the ads put me off lol. I refuse to pay just to get no ads. I think the ads need to be cut down because there’s way too many.

This game is fun! My only notes are that to play it, you have to turn off wifi or it’s unplayable. I understand ads are necessary but this app has way too many. Plus the “only 60% of player can complete this” pop-ups get annoying, and clearly aren’t real statistics. And I highly doubt the leaderboard is real either. But other than that the main part of the game is very fun.
