Gets worse and worse..avoid at all costs

I really wish I’d not chosen this app for my business as now I need to find a way to migrate away. The apps just get worse and worse. They dropped the Mac app and now you’re forced to install the Safari extension. Don’t they realise that there are a huge number of Mac users who don’t want to use Safari. Yes there’s a chrome extension, but why would I open another browser to then open a tab just to get to my passwords. I used to be able to run a shortcut from my Mac to search my passwords using the old Mac app and now this just isn’t possible. There are multiple other issues too. Total lack of consistency in terms of settings and admin features. Mixture of old and new management portal with a split of features between them. Some features simply just don’t work. Do yourself a favour and look elsewhere for your password manager. LastPass is beyond terrible.

I have been unable to get this to work in any useful way. I spent around an hour initially just trying to fix the problem of empty records in the Vault (a synch or cache issue). But after that it just refuses to match any login credentials, forcing you to open the Vault, manually search for the item and then copy & paste the password into the relevant field. The frustration makes it beyond useless. Am removing. (This with Tahoe)

The new Lastpass for safari extension now works great and the search function finds everything which the old version didn’t, a great forward step Lastpass however the negative press you are getting you need to ensure that all updates are 100% every time as you cannot stand anymore negative reactions.

Seems to be a lot of bad press on here but for me the old extension stopped working on Safari and this new app fixed that. Did have to remove the old extension, but that’s no big deal. Only negative is that I have two apps (one for Safari, one for any other browser), but I can live with that.
