Considering Google Meets itself is free (for up to one hour) this charge for an overlay seems excessive - more annoying is it is not readily clear that a download only provides a limited free use before charges are applied. I cannot comment on its functionality as I deleted it as soon as I realised is would have to be paid for at this rate.

Kept crashing. Also what is the point of it? My sheduled meeting still got directed to a web browser. What is the point of the app? Deffinetely will ask for a refund.

Hi, kindly look at the bottom side of the screen, there is a “Continue with Free” button (instead of the cross button). By pressing this button, you can redirect to the main page without upgrading to the Pro version.The app does not force users to purchase the paid plan.
