Excellent Educational tool

I joined Finelo to expand on my current trading knowledge but it’s important to stress that this is an educational program - not expecting users to start trading within the program. Therefore the basic package is very good value. In trading it is important to consider the 3 key points : Education; Psychology and Risk Management to offset losses. The package was nicely designed but the user interface can be better improved and I believe the developers are working on it. There are few issues of screen and the score cards freezing when completing the quizzes but the developers are very good and acknowledge the issues and resolving them. The customer service is amazing and the continually engage to ask the clients what could be improved. The application does explain in detail the various trading charts and the patterns to observe during live trading. Therefore it would be good if embedded videos linked to previous live sessions showing the patterns would be amazing to add more value to the learning process. Moreover, they are working on the next generation app embedded with AI so I can to see this before I rejoin to an advanced version of the program. Overall, I would really recommend this application to new novice users to start from basics and get a quick grasps of the markets and the various facts that can impact share prices..The customer service is truly amazing as any glitches are resolved immediately rather than waiting days or weeks with other apps.

When I came across Finelo I was looking for something that would give me a passive income.Finelo came about by mistake when I was scrolling for something else.When I realised it was about trading I decided to sign up.The year before I had lost a lot of money through trading and what using Finelo did for me was to highlight that I literally went into trading with no knowledge at all. The lessons on Finelo are so easy to work through and the tests at the end help you to retain the information.Finelo helped me to gain a better understanding of the trading terms, I was able to read charts that prior to Finelo meant nothing to me.Knowledge they say is power. If you are after knowledge and understanding of trading then Finelo is the platform for you.I didn’t use it for actual trading so I can’t comment but as an educational tool.. I would definitely recommend it.

Its good app to learn about trading and market movements and techniques. It has simple sentences to make us understand easily. But the too many animations take too much time to complete each lessons. Also, going back from quetionnaire section is difficult and not able to go back. Again you have to start to the lesson. Uff.. Mini lessons are good, providing more real examples or images or short video would help us understand more deeper. I paid extra around $50 for AI tools but i dont think its helping, most of the time it doesnt capture the correct chart. Here and there, there are some bugs fixing them and providing more realtiome examples and including more interactive trading sessions will help us understand and train us well. Overall a good app for beginners like me to learn trading. Thanks to the creators and developers.

Got this app to learn about trading and it’s a complete disappointment. But because of the content, but because it doesn’t work. Notifications never come up, so I regularly forget that I even have the app even though the notifications are switched on. When you’re going through content you have quizzes which make the narration stop, so you can listen up to the quiz and read after as the sound stops working. Some pages you can’t go back from, so if the page turns too quickly you can never find out what actually said on there. And the quizzes don’t make sense as the correct answer starts blinking immediately so you know what it is and can’t even try to guess for yourself. Completely useless!I’m only giving it 2 stars as the content actually might be good if the rest is not glitchy and terrible…

Got this app to learn about trading and it’s a complete disappointment. But because of the content, but because it doesn’t work.
