I do really enjoy this game, it’s nice and chill and fun. But there are SO MANY ADs. People watch adds in game anyway to speed things up, a lot more than the game makers realise by the looks of it, to then add even more adds on top of that, I spend most of my time watching adds, literally 90% of my gaming is waiting for adds to finish. Even worse when you’ve just watched ads to finish a task, and even more adds load up. Walk from one end of my farm to the other end to collect resources, ad. Go to the blueprint area from the motorbike, like 20 ads popped up in that time. No exaggeration, maybe even more. I almost uninstalled instantly. There’s no need for it!! You’re already making plenty of money from ads without them. That people willingly choose to watch. To go add free you have to pay £8.00. I think that says enough about how many ads they have in game, the fact people will pay £8.00 to stop getting them actually says a lot. And even then in reviews I’ve read it doesn’t stop the ads! I genuinely think people stop playing this game because of them so please adjust it, it’s genuinely too much.Otherwise, I would have put 1 star because of the ads but it’s a really good game, simple and fun. And the advert to get you to play is actually the game play which right now is rare! Outside of the ad issue it’s easily a five star game, I don’t usually write game reviews.

Awesome Game! One Issue

I have been playing this game for a while and I absolutely love it! It’s great just to zone out and play. I’d highly recommend it! I have come across a BIG issue for me today. When upgrading the trimmer and axe, I’ve gotten to the point of needing a lot of diamonds. So the past few weeks I’ve worked on whittling down the amount so I am ready for the upgrade when it needs to be done. I’d got the trimmer down from needing 85 diamonds to only 9 yesterday-something I’d worked on for weeks. I log in today and it’s gone straight back up to needing 85 diamonds. The same thing happened with the axe upgrade, 35 diamonds I filled, today, back up to 35. This was VERY frustrating and I was really angry because of how long it takes to get diamonds. This is the only issue I’ve had with the game but it really let me down. Now I have to start again.

The game itself isn’t the problem. It’s the constant disruptions from adverts. They are too regular and like a leach that won’t leave you alone on a night out. I will get a silly automated response about adverts help with developing the game costs. So if they get paid on every advert - the developers are too greedy. Furthermore you can see they are by the excessive costs on the in app purchases. Total costs amount to more than you’d spend on a next gen console game. Definitely looking delete - soon as it’s becoming boring watching the ads which you spend more time doing than playing the game… I hope the developers recognise how many people they must lose due to the constant and aggressive ad marketing strategy - get with the times and reassess your prices for in app purchases and ad campaign before you lose players. Consider that at some point you’ll have driven a large portion of your players away - who are you going to advertise to then???A few days after posting I get a generic response from the developers, just worded ever so slightly different to others. Looking back on previous reviews the response is a placeholder, a way to show they are reading or at a minimum recognising the review. It’s been months that people have said there are too many ads etc…. Their consideration to reduce, is merely a passing thought and an outstanding NO

I was absolutely loving this game! Literally kept me sane through my insomnia nights! That was until, for some reason unknown, after getting to level 12 and upgrading the cutter to level 8 along with acquiring new clothes for the little dude running around, with over 80k in the bank for my farm and clearing the new patch of ground and buy 2 goats another sheep and extending the cabbage field along with getting the worker for that field - the game decided to glitch in such a way that all those things and got taken away and put me back down to level 10! It took such a long time to get all of those things that I’ve just lost the heart to do it all again! I contacted the creators via email through the game and I’ve just been ignored! I had upgraded so much and made so much progress which took hours and hours to be left with virtually nothing with no explanation or help to getting these things back without having to do all of it again! I would of highly recommended this game if it wasn’t for what has happened! Barely been on it for the last few days because of this in case it happens again. Very disheartening and really disappointed that no one has reached out after sending emails asking for help with getting it all back.
