Parrot is an extremely pragmatic and valuable tool to anyone looking to learn Spanish, its process is much more efficient than Duolingo’s and manages to keep you engaged which helped me remain consistent!

It’s good to learn Spanish listening to native speakers in real world context and tv shows, YT videos etc. However it needs more questions after each section especially when you complete a lesson and watch the whole video all together. It’s just the same tasks-match 3 words, fill in one or two blanks out of a sentence and then it moves on. Needs more opportunity to consolidate learning after the video aside from the general review section.

Went on to this thinking it would help but after I had answered questions such as “how much Spanish I know” and “when would you like to be fluent by?” I was greeted by a screen regarding payment but after looking at the app I was under the influence that payment was only needed for plus features but that is clearly not the case as I couldn’t get passed if to use the app. I would love to use the app as I really want to learn Spanish but I will have to find another app.

I love it love it love it!!
I know that this app can help me speak Spanish in no time however the price is too high for an app i might as well go to a Spanish class myself for cheaper I don’t want to spend money to learn how to speak Spanish but I know it helps with learning Spanish so…
