Well it wasn’t easy to access my account but with the help of the support team I managed to and was successful in logging in and starting. It was easier than I anticipated and managed. I’m nearly 75 and am determined to improve my memory. I only last year found out that I’m am dyslexic and I am sure that probably was a problem with my learning difficulties so I’m now trying to improve my memory and abilities

So I bought this through an Instagram advert as a promotion - £15. And it wasn’t apparent that it was a subscription app. I had no emails from them and no warning that they were about to take £60 from my account. I tried to sign in to see why but my email didn’t work for login. The app doesn’t tell you anything about the subscription costs or charges either. Initially customer service seemed good and they looked about to refund me, but then offered me only 50 percent refund and have ghosted me since (over aWeek now). I could afford60 quid to just come out of my account out of nowhere. So warning to you all! Stay away from this company!

I felt compelled to write a review for this app, as I have found the customer service extremely unhelpful, and a waste of my time. I signed up for the app for a 2 week period, however, they automatically charged my account for a full month right after the 2 week period was finished, and now come up with all sorts of excuses why not to give me a refund. It’s one of those apps that hopes you’ve forgotten you signed up, didn’t read the small print and then keep charging your account. It didn’t say anywhere that I signed up for a trial, I specifically signed up for 2 weeks. Really POOR POOR POOR.
