I did not have a good experience with Dressly… I would warn anyone considering downloading this app to be very careful. Subscriptions are paid through PayPal or with the bank (not through Apple) and once they have your payment details, any accidental click on a suggested in-app add on automatically gets charged, no further check is made to ensure you agree. And once that charge has been made, their policy is to not refund. These add-ons are far too expensive for what they do and in my case, once i realised I had it, I tried to use it and it didn’t work.Also, you must email them to cancel your subscription, which I always hate in an app, because it just turns into them trying to sell you more stuff.The app itself looked great and I loved the concept, but as far as I can tell they just send you a load of generic suggested outfits, which despite me completing the questionnaire was about 90% stuff I wouldn’t wear. All in all I was very disappointed in this app and their customer service - be very careful….

Scam! Surprise Payments & Cannot Cancel

This app is bless with incredible marketing and a very clever (and very scammy) payment set up. It is not what is advertised, it has charged me two additional payments for ‘ads ins’ that I did not buy and cannot revive a refund for as they are ‘downloadable assets’. You cannot cancel the subscription I. App, you have to contact the support team and ask them to help. The support team were actually very helpful and quick to respond - so can’t fault them! Do not fall for their marketing and do not subscribe to this app!

I normally wouldn’t write reviews for apps but felt like I needed to. It all seems so wonderful when advertised, here’s an amazing capsule wardrobe to help you feel good in yourself. The process is lengthy, with a subscription price of £50 a month - in this current climate that’s more than my food shop a week, and money I just don’t feel I can happily spend on an app telling me what clothes would look good for me. That £50 could go toward the clothes themselves. Unfortunately just a very disappointing experience
