I bought the app as it had Laos as one of the languages. It was absolutely rubbish. The app just didn’t translate. The Laos person I was trying to communicate with had no idea what I was trying to say. I’m currently in Vietnam. The app does work but every time I open it I have to research the Vietnamese option. The default option always seems to be Spanish. They need to may it so I can choose the default language. Also how do you change the text size? All in all this app misses the target in so many areas it should be hitting. Don’t buy it is my advice.

The camera translation is not good

I only really bought this to use the camera translation while we were staying for a week in Greece. It was really bad. It helped out a couple of times but appears mainly to just show random words. It has cost me £9.00 for a week and I feel that money was totally wasted

Very expensive bad communication

I had a problem with my subscription, it was purchased in error, tried to communicate with them, it’s very hard to do this when you have a problem, I’m ignored, I ask for a refund, I’m ignored, hence why I’m giving this negative review…Do not purchased, if you want help, there isn’t any…..
