I recently came across Grow Me, and I have to say, it’s such a refreshing app for building habits! Even though it’s a new app, it already feels well-thought-out and super easy to use. I love how it motivates me to stay consistent with my goals by showing my progress visually—those streaks are so satisfying to see grow. Whether it’s small daily habits or bigger routines, the app really makes everything feel achievable.Plus, the app has no ads, no subscriptions, nothing annoying. It’s totally free, and you still get so much value out of it. If I could add one thing, it would be a way to connect with friends and send little encouragements or motivational notes. But honestly, even as it is, Grow Me feels like the perfect companion for my personal growth journey!

Before I downloaded growme I was trying to exercise 5 days a week, however I kept missing days and losing motivation. Now I’ve been using growme for one month and I haven’t missed a single day of exercise! It’s so useful to track progress; and this helps me to stay motivated. Would definitely recommend.
