I have been playing this game for many months but on Sunday my game froze three hours later still frozen I uninstalled then reinstalled but my game place is now lost and it has started me as a new player with no name l have sent to emails in to you for help but no reply can’t you help!!!

This was very fun for me at the beginning but it eventually became very unfair as soon as I reached 10+ level, whenever you complete a level, you get only 2 coins like literally is this a joke? You don’t even get at least 5 coins for finishing a level no matter how hard it is, I’d rather get absolutely nothing then getting 2 coins like a beggar. And also when you fill up all the holes with screws, the game forces you to restart, I mean I don’t understand why the game always gives you 5 holes in the beginning of every level when you can only use 4? That doesn’t make any sense, the devs should reward you with better prizes for completing each level, this is not fair. We take several minutes and try to understand each part of the object carefully and then finally solve the level after putting a lot of effort but what we get as a reward? An amount of coins that can’t be even noticed and nothing else.

It’s a nice game but as you get further into levels there’s no logic. I want a puzzle to solve but why don’t parts move when bolts are removed, whilst over parts easily fall away. It removes the logical challenge I wanted. It gets to the point that every level asks for a color that’s hidden so deep you can’t complete it without using tools. As coins are hard to earn you’re stuck with ads which for some reason last way too long. Not sure who in marketing thought that was a good plan. A short ad people watch ready to start playing again, but these ads are so long I read a bit of my book whilst waiting and don’t pay attention. Seems logic is missing in this area as well.

I’ve been playing this game for a long time, and as with many games overtime you can see when the developers get a little bit bored and a little bit greedy. Or at least that’s how it appears. This game was often playable without spending any money but recently probably in the last month I’ve noticed a pattern where the games are becoming harder. Enter set an extent illogical. You are very often faced with no options apart from using hammers or paid opportunities to get through to the next level..This is actually really disappointing as it’s quite a cathartic and calming game normally, but has now become frustrating
