I recently subscribed to watch an episode via vip as it cost a lot of coins to watch a single episode. There was no cancellation subscription button, it no showed in my Apple subscription feed meaning even though I paid via my Apple account it wasn’t classed as a subscription via them. When I reached out on send feedback the automation just kept saying to reach out via my feedback which when I went into that had no option to click anything. Found their support email online, sent an email got an automated response saying to contact via the send feedback page on the app so they would know which account my subscription belongs too. Finally sent a message instead of clicking the cancel subscription button on the automated response and was informed I now have to wait 72 hours for a response. The app was okay if you could look past the incorrect speech on the stories. I’ve watched ai stories on other apps and none had as many incorrectly spoken words as this app’s stories do. I’m not impressed, it’s not worth the money or the hassle of trying to end my subscription. I’d like my subscription cancelled asap or I’ll report for fraud.

I downloaded as I wanted to finish watching something, I did this then the series did not even finish properly as only 20 episodes and left the story unfinished. When I tried to cancel the description said cancel with payment couldn’t find that on my bank on apple subscription even though I used this to sign up. I tried to cancel via my bank but this was not clear either so I tried to stop foreign payments on my card but yet the payment still went through I have spent £30 for one rubbish series and a lot of stress trying to cancel as it is not clear how to cancel the service even though it is cancel anytime. I have asked repeatedly for a refund and keep getting refused even though their app says cancel anytime time but trying to do so took 3 weeks to try and work out how! There are better apps and this is definitely out to take money and no customer service.

Unable to unsubscribe, they do not show in Apple to stop, have requested twice now to cancel the subscription, I can see me having to report them for fraudulent activity and will be disputing all transactions as all cancellation requests are legally bindingUpdate - after their response - states they do not support automatic payment deductions! That’s literally what a subscription is weekly payments taken automatically. But anyway heard back from them in the app feedback, I asked originally to cancel the subscription, a nice and simple instruction to them, 72 hours later they reply with a do you wish to cancel please reply to this so I do and I get another we will reply in 72 hours which now takes me into another week so another payment will be taken so they had best be refunding that straight away
