One of the few apps I pay for, as it’s THAT useful! Just hit record for any meeting and let it work its magic. You can also add other voice recordings like voice notes and it will transcribe and summarise those too. Perfect for people like me who struggle with auditory processing and memory recall (ADHD). Only suggested improvement would be to add timestamps to transcripts (where possible) rather than just how far through the recording things were said.

A colleague at work recommended the app to me and it has been a game changer. It is almost 100% accurate, and as most reviewers have said it saves so much time in meetings. I am often in 2-4 meetings per day, and need to take notes to confirm actions etc to follow up. This app helps as I can concentrate on the meeting itself, ask good questions, take a couple of key notes / write next question knowing i can rely on the app to take all the key notes i will need to follow up in writing after the meeting with a letter. I like there is a summary of the meeting / To do - action points (although wish this could be transported too!) and the actual transcript as well as the recording. Well done guys, would be lost without this!

Lost a 4hr meeting record.

This app was great to start with but I used it to record a full meeting and the app had an issues downloading the audio and lost the whole transcript (and notes from the whole day). Have tried to contact customer service 4 times and complained to Apple but no reply until yesterday (2.5months later) when I was just told the issue I had wasn’t possible (despite not having access to the recording or transcript). There are much better note taking Ai apps out there who actually have decent customer service when something fails. Would not recommend.
