Not really my thing.. I journaled for a few weeks but got bored. Then decided I get just as much if more from free ai Chat gpt which this basically runs on if I’m not mistaken. The interface is a bit naff and customisation.. well I lost interest and couldn’t be bothered to figure out. Oh yeah the graphics are cheesy too. For £80 I was expecting more. Oh yeah it doesn’t fit iPad screen either.. just phone proportion scaled bigger.

Journaling can sometimes feel less stimulating at first, a bit like going to the gym, but it can have very positive long term effects. You can customize the AI’s tone, perspective, and response style easily in the settings. We currently support iOS and web and don’t have a dedicated iPad app yet.
