Quite a great resource

Being a revert, it’s very interesting learning the slight intricacies of everything, I could think of no other resource where I could be this engaged to finally learn some new things about Islam. It is currently my first dhul hijjah and this app helps me take my mind off from fasting, I do wish we could access more lessons than just one a day but I also see the logic of it as it may make me come back again tomorrow for more. I think that the tests after the lesson could be more comprehensive than just one question or so. Perhaps, scoring well in tests could add to a pot of rewards, whereby you could redeem your accumulated rewards to unlock further lessons outside of your daily limit. I commend the design of the app, the neat small graphics and icons, the colour scheme, no ads, the random facts, lessons or quotes that pop up are a nice touch that help add to my general knowledge and wider wonder of Islam. I’m currently in my free trial period, if my financial circumstances were better I would consider paying in future to access the app.

Also, remember we also have question checkpoints where the entire lesson is full of just questions to review content you've learnt so far!We like your suggestion regarding points and think there's something valuable there we could come up with! That's definitely an area for us to focus on once we've stabilised the app and done some other high priority tasks! One of the best tools for learning fiqh and bettering your Islam for sure. All the information is clearly conveyed in an easy, interactive manner with fun pictures and diagrams to help your learning, and it makes learning about fiqh actually fun! Nothing comes close in terms for clarity of information, especially nowadays when there can be so much conflicting info online. Here everything is reliable and checked by scholars, and I can make sure that I’m learning accurate information.

Great design and content. Missing a day should not be a penalty. We should be allowed our 7 lessons a week. Sometimes we get the same lesson repeated so some days are wasted. The sunnah is to do little and often - but this should be left as a matter for the learner to follow and not penalise. In its content form I would say whilst it’s a good app and approach to learning. Sadly The shortcomings do mean that we need an alternative to learning fiqh and until someone can replicate this or the developers open up the number of lessons. The impact will stay minimal on an individuals life.

Salaam 👋 This has been fixed alhamdullilah! We've significantly relaxed restrictions to allow you to do *many* more lessons! The main reasons we had such restrictions was to help pace users as Allah loves actions that are small and frequent! In addition, Jibreel was in the early days of rolling out content but we know have many many courses alhamdullilah, including Halal & Haram, Islamic Finance, Aqeedah, and much more! We recognise that for some users they will only have time in chunks (e.g. on weekends)!
