Awful at responding to emails regarding the closure of my account and have taken money out of it. The app itself seems ok but, nothing that isn’t free on other apps. I tried this out on the free trial and requested it be removed. As usual the ‘close account’ details are so well hidden, if at all there, within the app it was impossible to do myself. I sent them an email within the trial period which, they promptly ignored and took money from my account.
