Started using to make a lot of clips with subtitles fast. It’s super effective, quick and easy and gives you a rating on how likely it is to blow up. Not all clips are amazing and on mobile it doesn’t let you type in any type of prompt which I think could definitely be a good feature to refine clips towards a certain topic etc.
Changed credit plans few days after I purchased yearly subscription

I purchased the yearly subscription based on the advertised benefit of receiving 200 credits daily throughout the subscription period. However, less than a month into my subscription, the daily credit system has been removed and replaced with a one-time allocation of 6000 credits valid for only 30 days.This is a significant reduction and change in the service I originally paid for. The original plan effectively provided far more credits over the course of the year, and changing the subscription benefits after purchase feels misleading and unfair to paying customers.

I am extremely disappointed with my experience.I spent nearly two hours uploading the same video approximately six times in order to create clips. Each time, the system failed and returned an error. This was not a one-time glitch — it happened repeatedly.I contacted support and was informed that someone would look into the issue within a few business days. That response is not acceptable. I do not have the luxury of waiting several business days while your technical issues prevent me from completing my work.If your platform is designed for content creation, reliability and timely support are essential. Right now, neither is being delivered. Telling customers that the issue might be resolved at some undefined point in the future does not solve the immediate problem.I hope this feedback is taken seriously, because users depend on your system functioning properly — and on support that responds with urgency when it does not.

I am new to clip so still learning the ropes. So far, uploaded videos for clipping is limited in what I can do with little or no instruction tools. I can’t find edit text albeit just 1 word at a time, which is a bit slow. Would benefit from highlighting, delete and add text in 1 transaction. Simple to use, helpful for shortening content for S/M content. Want to see more editing tools, it very 1 dimensional at the moment. Look forward to its development.
