Paid 9.99 yesterday-Apple pay and while the money has been taken from my account, I did not get anything for it. The system is confusing and very disappointing

I paid for the weekly add free subscription and when I logged back in the it showed that I purchased it under my Apple ID. But it did not process on the app. It just says I have bought it but it won’t let me watch further than episode 11 and I was already far further. I am not impressed.Update: I send countless emails to the support team and gave them countless times all the info they asked for. And yet nothing happened.

I joined paid for membership and than have not been able to watch anything. The app keeps telling me I have. I internet connection but I do, full connection with everything other than this app working. This has been ongoing for the whole day… might as well burn my money!
