Get started
• You must have already registered for online banking with Kingdom Bank to use the Mobile App.
• Download the app and click the ‘Get Started’ button.
• Log in to the Kingdom Bank Mobile App using your customer ID and password.
• Enter the One-Time Password which will be sent to the mobile number linked with your account.
• You will be given the option to set up a PIN and FaceID for your app, to help you log in more quickly.
Important information
Savings placed with Kingdom Bank are protected under the FSCS up to a value of £120,000 per individual, per eligible deposit. If you would like further information about how this provides you with security when banking with us, this can be found at www.fscs.org.uk.
