The game is very good with money being easy to earn and building is easy which is better than most games out there, however I think the levelling up system needs improvement. I finished all the tasks and built a house in just a few hours and then was left with nothing to do on the first day of the game being released. I think it should be similar to levelling up through XP through the hobbies so I have something to do on the game when the daily tasks have been completed. The tasks are easy and quick to complete and the game itself is really good but I wish the levelling up system was different. I made loads of money and built a house very quickly but was bored after that, I think the fishing, cooking and other hobbies should hold XP so that you can still level up regardless of the daily tasks, but other than that it is a great game.

This is such a cute and amazing game that I absolutely love. But I want to add something towards the gameplay. It's good, but could there be an update of being able to get TV's, laptops and even computers on the game. Could there be an update where you can be able to pickup pets from the household and be able to send them to vets in a carrier and be able to carry the pets. Could there be an update for like, tracks. For example, cycling bikes, motorbikes and car tracks in the dirt, snow and when it's raining the mud gets wet that makes contact with the vehicle. Also could there be an update for new shops to interact with also can there be an update for gaming skills, and also be able to have schools in the game as well as jobs to earn some cash too so it would feel so much like a town could you also have the town hall accessable so you can see the history of the town. Could there also be an update for when it snows that the water freezes in small areas but the ocean will be frozen only in the coastal areas, so by the coast will be frozen. Could there be an update for a way to have when it snows that the character shivers and smoke comes out of the mouth like when it's cold in real life. Could there also be an update for heaters to be able to receive and be added to the household building. Also can you do an update so a certain level of friendship can be changed into relationships and then have a level of living together and then engagement and then marriage.

I started Heartopia literally when it first globally came out since I was so excited for it and I was SO not disappointed when I joined. The game in a nutshell is a relaxing public game like animal crossing where you can collect items, interact with npcs, complete quests, level up hobbys, build and dress up your avatar. It’s child friendly and doesn’t require a lot of spending on ingame items. Some of the quests in the game are quite challenging but also fun to complete and there is little to no bugs in the game and the bugs that are in the game are very quickly fixed. Although one thing I must say is that I’ve noticed a lot of people talking about the game using AI in some of the things like the puzzles which I myself don’t know if it’s true or not but if so it’s only a minor part of the game. To summarize, the game is definitely my favorite game currently mostly because I just love the cuteness of this game and I would 100% recommend to people who like cute games or just relaxing gameplay<3!

I used to enjoy this game, apart from the predatory nature of Gacha (gambling) games, it was very entertaining and cozy. Unfortunately, I have come to the realisation that this game is an UNSAFE space for children and Black people. Recently, Heartopia released a quest where one (out of two) of the Black NPCS did drugs (mushrooms), and then continued to act erratically, dancing like a MONKEY. Not only is this insensitive it also encourages the use of negative, HARMFUL stereotypes. When the community addressed this issue to Heartopia, they half-heartedly ‘apologised’ and began to delete every comment where people were discussing their upset. This would be understandable, IF they were deleting EVERY comment on the matter. But they weren’t, those hurt, upset and talking about the injustice in a polite manner, were censored and silenced. However, those who mocked, laughed and judged those speaking out, were allowed to keep their comments. This shows poor management when held accountable, anti-freedom of speech AND shows that Heartopia weren’t sorry at all, and only apologised to save themselves whilst siding with all of the racists who were defending their behaviour and undermining the lived experiences of those targeted in this situation.
