Don’t sign up to the free trail, it will charge you the full yearly amount then you will have trouble even accessing the account. Its all over googleThis app is fraudulent, apple won’t allow me to report it for some reason. Don’t say I haven’t warned you.

Sorry for the concern. The free trial itself isn’t charged, and subscriptions on iOS are handled entirely by Apple through your App Store account. If you were charged unexpectedly, you can request a refund through Apple’s purchase history. We’re also working to improve the app experience.

Canceled the subscription because it’s not really uk friendly. Still got charged and can not get my money back and they just ignore anything to do with refunds. Proper cow boys

Sorry for the frustration. Subscriptions and refunds on iOS are handled entirely by Apple, so developers unfortunately can’t process refunds directly. If you were charged after canceling, Apple Support can review the subscription status and help with refund requests through your App Store purchase history.
