I had an extremely disappointing experience with Flashloop AI.I purchased the service and started with approximately 90,000 credits. During my first serious generation attempt, almost all of my credits were consumed, even though the result was not usable and the generation process experienced issues. The most frustrating part is the lack of customer support. I contacted them about the missing credits and received no meaningful response for hours. When a service charges credits so quickly, there should be clear warnings, proper failed-generation refunds and responsive support.I would strongly recommend testing the platform carefully before purchasing a large credit package. I am currently requesting the credits used during the failed or unusable generations to be restored.
Do not buy

I have left a review for an App before, Flashloop changed that. What an absolutely diabolical piece of software. The App is not as described. The results are incredibly poor (if the rendering procedure doesn’t fail). You are asked to leave a review before being allowed to doing anything then you are forced to buy a subscription before you have created anything. If I could give it zero stars I would. GIVE ME MY MO NEY BACK !
Rubbish

This app is so ridiculous. You need to pay for credits to be able to create any videos. Everything seems to be on some sort of subscription these days. I’m sure if you had a subscription for all these apps you’d be absolutely broke. Where are all the free apps or the apps that cost £2.49 then you’d be able to use it. I’m leaving this review and deleting the app
Performance improvements and bug fixes.
