indi has helped me regain some control during this crazy journey! I used to feel so overwhelmed going to medical appointments, but now I feel confident and it’s actually helping me get my daughter the care she needs. I would often forget things that needed doing because my brain was overwhelmed by the sheer amount of therapies/ appointments/ investigations on the go, but indi has helped me feel calmer and know that everything is in one place! I just deleted the app. I had high hopes when I downloaded it. However it became apparent quite early that I was going to have problems. Uploading my files did not work so I did it in the chat instead. Despite this many of the files were not “read” so when I tried to chat I was unsuccessful until I copied and pasted the files in. Another problem was that if I put screenshots into the chat it would act as though it had read them until I prompted it until it “admitted” it could not read screenshots. This meant I had wasted my time until again I copied and pasted the emails in. Due to there being many documents with many people I had to delete many professionals who were seen but still documented as being part of the picture. There was also a moment where it disputed who my MP was despite me constantly telling it who it was it kept correcting me until I gave it proof. I also asked it to draft an email for me and instead it repeatedly gave me a breakdown of a timeline until I gave up. I also think there should be separate chats for different issues instead on one continuous chat for everything. As a Sen mum going through it I found it very frustrating. Whilst I understand what this app is trying to do and I completely support the cause it did not work for me so I have gotten rid of it.

I downloaded this app about a month ago. Honestly i absolutely love it !!! I ‘talk’ to it every single day and give it any updates about my son and it logs everything for me perfectly!! I’m so so impressed and ongoing to be a game changer ! Also their customer service is incredible.
