Preloved AI is such a brilliant app. You can upload photos of your clothes and instantly choose to have them modelled on either a mannequin or a real person, which makes the listings look so much more professional. It also writes really strong Vinted titles and descriptions, saving loads of time and making items far more appealing. I’ve sold loads of old items simply by re-listing them with the photos generated by this app. On top of that, the customer service is amazing – super helpful and responsive – and the price is very reasonable for what you get. Highly recommend to anyone selling second-hand clothes!

I would like to provide feedback regarding the ethnicity and age fields in your app.I was surprised to see that I am required to select an ethnicity when creating a listing. I do not understand why my ethnicity or age is relevant to selling a household item, and there does not appear to be an option to skip these questions or choose “Prefer not to say.”I was also concerned by the ethnicity categories provided. The list includes broad categories such as “African,” “Asian,” and “Hispanic,” but does not include options such as Black, Black British, Afro-Caribbean, or Caribbean. As someone who does not identify with any of the options presented, I found the list exclusionary and inaccurate.Additionally, the use of the term “Caucasian” feels outdated. It is a term that many organisations and researchers have moved away from because it is imprecise and based on historical racial classifications that are no longer widely considered appropriate.If these categories are being used to generate AI images, I would encourage you to review both the necessity of collecting this information and the way these options are presented. At a minimum, users should be given a wider range of inclusive choices and the ability to opt out entirely.I hope you will consider reviewing this part of the app, as it currently feels both unnecessary and poorly designed for users who simply wish to sell an item.

Great app for promoting and selling fast on Vinted. Easy downloading and great descriptions making it so easy to sell your items fast. My items were selling before I had time to list another. Always updating with new features such as hashtags etc and now you can also search for items to buy.

This is an always improving app - the team are genuinely responsive to feedback and so helpful. The app makes it very simple to create listings for Vinted to copy and paste - quick and easy to upload generated images for a clean looking Vinted wardrobe.
