The first 2 videos were very good but inly issue was the lip synching. The last video was a total mess. The worse out of 3 so much so I feel very wary to use it again. It totally got the concept wrong. In the edits which I was charged for though it was wrong 99% of the time, it gave me boyfriends instead of girlfriends or no girls at all. So I noticed a gender issue on my 2 previous too. I wasn’t planning to have 3 LGBT videos but basically that’s what I got. The man had female earrings on at times (no consistency). I told it no flying paper debris but it ignored my commands. I tried my best to make the last video usable to not waste my money. I think you need to teach your AI the difference between male and female or maybe this is the agenda?

The app fails to understand basic commands but keeps charging you for incorrect edits. I wasted 6 edit attempts, lost my credit and still it couldn’t understand a basic request. I have emailed the support email on many occasions and still awaiting response. Also I don’t understand the point of subscribing as u still only get limited credits. Once you use your credits, you have to purchase more. My years credit ran out in two days.

Sondo is genuinely one of the worst apps I’ve ever paid for. The results are wildly inaccurate, the pricing is ridiculous for what you actually get, and when the app inevitably messes something up, you’re expected to pay even more just to correct its mistakes. That’s not a service, that’s a money pit with a shiny interface.The whole experience feels engineered to drain your wallet while delivering low-quality results. You go in expecting professional output and end up with frustration, wasted time, and extra costs fixing problems that should never have happened in the first place.Calling this app “premium” is laughable. Overpriced, unreliable, and deeply disappointing. Avoid unless you enjoy paying twice for bad results. 🚩
