Signed up for welcome offer. It wasn’t awarded. When I inquired I was told there was a promotion restriction. Nothing about that on sign up! The customer service is awful. The chat bot is supposed to be AI and takes an age to respond and then actual agents take even longer to the point I was cut off and had to start a new conversation. Awful app.
