Draw. Collide. Create music.
Musyc2 is a one-of-a-kind music app where physics is the instrument. Draw shapes on screen, watch them bounce and collide, and let every impact trigger a sound. No keyboards, no music theory — just pure visual, tactile creativity.
Whether you're a musician looking for a new source of inspiration or a curious mind who's never played a note, Musyc2 turns anyone into a composer.
The sequel to the beloved Musyc, rebuilt from the ground up with a modern audio engine — and packed with everything fans asked for: MIDI In & Out, Audio Unit support, Mac compatibility, new sound kits, new FX modules, and much more.

Waited a lonnnnng time for this one - the old one was very good, but no MIDI and there was always the carrot dangling of 'MIDI coming in future update'. So I preordered it and it doesn't disappoint - it is a work of inspired thinking and design. The only thing I wish is that it had MIDI sync/Ableton LINK when used standalone (it does sync to MIDI via AUM or other host). A brilliant app, nothing else like it.
Developer Response
Thanks for your feedback, we will try to add Ableton Link sync in the next major update.
Music and physics: great fun
Roland Pyle
This well designed app takes full advantage of the touchscreen. It invites experimentation and play. It’s great to have a new app that matches the capabilities of classics like Samplr and Borderlands Granular.
This minor update adds 4 new demo songs and support for MIDI channels for AudioUnit's MIDI output.
Here’s the list of changes:
- 4 new demo songs made by YosheyX2 and Ibry1030
- Added Midi channels support for AudioUnit’s Midi output
- Fixed various bugs
We are still working on the next major update which will include new physical objects, new effects and new sound kits.
Stay tuned!
