Improved launch reliability: app now opens a window automatically when none is visible. Added export mode selector: choose Video + Stills, Video Only, or Stills Only. Added workflow progress indicators in the top toolbar (Open → Capture → Export). Improved keyboard command routing so menu shortcuts trigger real actions. Added drawing-mode shortcuts dropdown in the annotation toolbar. Added still-length shortcut hints (1–9 seconds, 0 = 10 seconds). Performance pass: reduced playback UI update churn and made frame capture path more responsive. General stability fixes and polish across export and annotation workflows.
