Elegant Planner 2.3 helps you capture faster and follow through on your day. • Locations — add a place to a task, search Apple Maps, and get directions from the Timeline • Reminders — choose a preset or a custom time, up to 30 days before • Review tasks — tasks that ended unfinished wait quietly on the Timeline: complete, keep for today, or reschedule • Task check-ins — optional, private nudges after a task ends, with Complete, Remind in 15 min and Reschedule • Quick capture — type a thought at the top of the Inbox and decide when it belongs later • From Inbox — move a saved task onto the Timeline, with a suggested time that fits between planned tasks • Find a time — scheduling from the Inbox offers up to three open times that protect your tasks and their buffers, with Undo • What matters now? — Focus suggests only tasks that fit before your next commitment, ranked by deadline, priority and energy • Smart Views — Quick tasks, Needs a date and Due this week (Pro) • Template settings — optionally remember a template's duration, reminder, icon, list and color on this device • Planning preferences — two optional questions suggest three editable task ideas; nothing is added until you save, and you can change it anytime in Settings • Use Template — start a new task from a template, right beside its title • A clearer task editor — title first, then date, start and duration, with the end time shown • Repair My Day appears on the Timeline when today's plan needs it (Pro) • Plan ahead — Plan my week, My routines and Import Apple Reminders: review every change before you apply it, and undo it anytime; your Apple Reminders stay unchanged (Pro) • Ready for tomorrow? — in the evening, the Timeline offers a quick review of what is left; nothing moves until you choose • Groceries — the keyboard stays up while you add items, and each save is confirmed • Repeating tasks — choose Delete This Occurrence or Delete Entire Series • Haptic feedback — subtle taps for selections and saves; turn it off in Settings Also fixed: completing grocery items no longer duplicates cards on the Timeline, and repeating tasks no longer duplicate or come back after deletion when syncing. A free Voice Plan is only used once tasks reach your day. Newly added calendars, such as a Google account synced to your iPhone, now appear when you return to the app, and Settings › Calendar has a Refresh button.
