Daily State Curve
Pulseon fuses sleep, HRV, heart rate, and training load into a single visual curve that maps your daily energy pattern—sluggish, ramping up, dipping, rebounding, winding down. At a glance, you know where you are right now.
Sleep insights
Not just duration—Pulseon looks at structure (enough deep sleep / REM), continuity (how often you wake), and schedule regularity. It tells you whether today’s state is truly “rested,” or “still not recovered,” and why.
Stress & recovery
Using HRV and resting heart rate, Pulseon reads whether your body is tense, depleted, or recovering. It focuses on trends over time—not one-day swings—so you can see whether you’re rebounding or steadily running on empty.
Load–recovery balance
Your training load and recovery are viewed together: if they’re balanced, keep progressing; if load is higher than recovery, maintain or ease off; if it’s far higher, take an intentional rest.
Weekly / monthly trends
Pulseon builds your personal baseline and separates normal variation from changes that actually matter. It only flags issues when the pattern holds over weeks—so a single off day doesn’t throw you off.
Time-of-day suggestions
