Asking for a 5 star review to get a free trial isn’t just cheeky (according to some comments), it’s called an incentivised review which is a violation of developer guidelines. Also the wording states free trial but also asks for your subscription option after which you have to choose. Boom…charged £6.99 straight away and no free trial. Update: So your response was that a 5 star review isn’t necessary to start the trial? There’s a number of people commenting on here that don’t agree. And yes I already requested and got my refund.
Developer Response
Hi, We’d like to clarify that leaving a 5-star review is not required to access the app or start a trial. Subscription payments and trial billing are processed by the Apple App Store, not directly by us. If you believe you were charge you can request a refund directly through Apple. We hope this clarifies the situation.
It’s a dangerous scam site

Upload a picture. That’s as far as you get without a subscription. Dunno why I would want a monthly subscription. Am I going to upload my picture every month? No! of course not, but they rely on you not cancelling your subscription and taking money for nothing. It’s nothing more than a scam and anyone that says different is being paid by them.
Waste of time
annoying frog
So I upload two different pictures of myself and it gives two totally different backgrounds that actually has nothing to do with my actual background. I understand this is sort of a game rather than a real thing, but at least state that in the description before asking for quite a lot of money.
Developer Response
We’re sorry for the disappointment and appreciate your honest feedback. Our Heritage results are AI-generated estimates for entertainment purposes, not scientifically verified ancestry analyses, and they may vary between photos. We understand that this limitation should be clearly communicated before purchase, and we’ll share your feedback with our team.
They took my money
Kidders farce
While I was in hospital, a whole year they took my money for something I wouldn’t waste water on if it was on fire. Officially a no star rate but you have to do one to get to post.
Developer Response
We’re sorry to hear about your experience. Subscriptions and charges are managed through the App Store or Google Play, and cancellation is required to prevent future renewals. If you believe you were charged incorrectly, please contact Apple or Google Play directly to request a refund.
