Alivio is the welfare and horse record app for UK yards — riding schools, liveries, and everyone looking after horses for a living. Stay on top of welfare, health and daily care for every horse, with the records to back it up: the kind that hold up in an inspection, an insurance claim or a vet dispute.

WELFARE, EVERY DAY
- A daily welfare check in fifteen seconds — seven quick checks per horse (coat, eyes, limbs, droppings, appetite, water, demeanour), with photo evidence.
- Raise a concern and everyone on the yard is notified straight away. Welfare monitors stay on the horse's profile until the issue is resolved.
- Every check builds a full history — so problems surface early, not at the vet, and you've always got something to show for the last fortnight.
EVERYTHING ELSE YOU NEED
- Health & vet records — vaccinations, farriery, dental, vet visits, worming and medication, each with its own details and due dates.
- Never miss a due date — every horse gets an automatic status (OK, due soon or overdue), and the whole yard rolls up into a morning summary.
- Exercise tracking — log schooling, hacking and more against each horse, with a monthly overview. Spot the one quietly doing too much.
- Batch scheduling — book the farrier or worming for the whole yard at once, then tick each horse off as it's done.
- Whole-yard calendar — vet visits, worming rounds, farrier days and yard tasks in one shared plan, so nothing gets missed because someone was on their day off.
- Horse profiles — photo, breed, age, microchip, passport, body condition score, feed, owner and stable details, plus a document store for passports and insurance.
- Team roles — your manager invites the team by email, and every manager, staff member and groom gets their own login and sees what matters to their role, with everything they log shared across the yard.

YOUR DATA, YOURS
Your records are stored securely in the UK and belong to your yard. We never sell your data or share it with third parties, and you can delete your account and its data from within the app at any time.
