Can’t believe there aren’t more positive reviews as this a brilliant logging app for weightlifting. First off it’s really straightforward to use, you can add your own exercises for workouts if they aren’t listed, it offers suggestions of weight increases if you’ve logged it at the same level for 3+ sessions. This can be helpful for a progressive overload cycle, but I tend to turn it off if I’m doing high rep or cardio. Second thing I love is that it’s about the basics needed, no pushing social media bells and whistles, ‘premium’ subscriptions or personal data scraping. It’s been a big help on my last training cycle and massive kudos to the dev for making this affordable for those of us who want to be serious about training but don’t have endless cash to throw at apps. Also thanks for the regular updates that keep it all working. Ten stars for that.

Sort of app I was looking for, no fluff. Would love it could add some functionality to link say Garmin workouts to sessions so added data, like wise if function to add garmin runs automatically so all data in one app.
