BUILT FOR THE FIELD • Big buttons and big type, made for gloves, sunlight and wet hands. • One orange button shows the next step. Nothing else on the screen competes with it. • Talk a tree in. Species, height, stem, condition and work fill in as fields. Too loud for the mic? Tap "By hand" beside it. • Drop a pin on every tree, GPS-anchored. • Photograph the tree. Pl@ntNet suggests three species. You confirm one. NO SIGNAL, NO PROBLEM Pins, photos and recordings are saved on your phone first and sent when signal returns. A recording made offline is turned into notes once you are back online. The sync pill shows what is still waiting. FROM SURVEY TO INVOICE • Quotes: the survey's recommendations become a quote. Send it to the customer from the app. • Jobs: when the customer accepts, the job is drafted for you. Book it and assign a crew. • Crew mode: your crew sees their own jobs. Risk assessment first, then before photos, the work, after photos. The crew lead taps "On my way" and the customer gets an email. • Invoices: invoice the finished job and mark it paid when the money lands. • Reports: tap "Generate report". A PDF drafts from your voice notes. You edit, sign, send. BS 5837 IS INCLUDED BS 5837 is a bundled pack for UK and Irish work, not an extra. Switch it on when a planning job comes in: categories, RPA radius, retention and removal recommendations, and the BS 5837 report. Everyday jobs use the plain report, and you see none of the BS 5837 fields unless you want them. Other UK standards, such as BS 3998, are on the roadmap. Tell us which you need. PRICING • Free trial: 14 days, no card. 20 voice notes and 2 reports, enough for one full survey. • Solo: one seat, 200 voice notes and 20 reports a month. Monthly or annual billing. • Practice Crew: one flat price for 5 office seats. The crew in the field join free, with no limit. • Boost packs: +100 voice notes or +10 reports when you need them. • Enterprise: contract-only for larger teams, councils and consultancies.
