The Purpl PIP & ADP Tracker is a free daily disability and symptom diary for disabled people and people with long term health conditions. Record how your condition affects everyday life as it happens, spot patterns over time and create a clear PDF report to refer back to when you need it.
Use it to help organise your experiences when preparing for a PIP or Adult Disability Payment (ADP) application, review, reassessment, Mandatory Reconsideration, re-determination or appeal.
WHAT YOU CAN DO
Track Daily Living and Mobility activities and record how difficult they were that day. Skip anything that is not relevant to you.
Record the help you needed, including help from another person, prompting or encouragement, supervision and aids or appliances.
Think about reliability, including whether you could do an activity safely, to an acceptable standard, repeatedly and within a reasonable time.
Record how you felt outside the benefit activities, including pain, fatigue, brain fog, sleep, mood or mental health, sensory overload, breathlessness, flare-ups, recovery time and medication side effects.
Capture changing days, including better days, bad days, mixed days, flare-up days and recovery days.
Add medication and reminders, including doses and whether medication was taken or missed.
See patterns and insights across your diary, including which activities have been most difficult over time.
Create your own PDF report for the dates you choose, with options to include summaries, graphs, activity information, reliability, medication and date-stamped diary entries.

You only need a free Purpl account. You do not need a paid Purpl membership or disability verification to use the tracker.

Your diary is designed to stay private on your device. Your health entries are stored locally and are not uploaded as part of your diary. Reports are created on your device, and you decide if and when you want to export or share them.
