Using the methodology published by Dropsonline.org, the app instantly classifies the severity as Slight, Minor, Major, or Fatality Risk — and plots your input on the severity zone chart so you can see exactly where it falls. Switch to the S-curve view to read off the probability of fatality at the calculated impact energy. DROP ZONE CALCULATOR Calculate the horizontal exclusion zone radius required to safely barricade an area below a potential drop source. Enter the total drop height, up to two intermediate obstruction heights for deflections, and the material elasticity. The app runs a real-time Newtonian physics simulation and plots the complete trajectory — from release through any deflections to final rest.
