Baby Teeth: Teething Log
Milk tooth dates & keepsakes
Free · In-App Purchases · Designed for iPad. Not verified for macOS.
The first tooth. The date. Their age that day. Keep the moment, then make a tooth card with just the name, date and photo you choose to share.
For parents who want to remember when each tooth came in, Baby Teeth connects teething dates, photos and keepsakes instead of leaving them scattered through notes on your phone.
Did that first tooth come through this morning? Tap it on the chart, record the date and see your child's exact age that day. To send the moment to grandparents, make a tooth card and choose what it shows.
A record for every tooth
• 20 milk teeth: teething start, eruption date, notes and exact age.
• A dated history and a separate profile for each child, including twins.
• Log lost milk teeth, their 20 replacements and the 4 first permanent molars on a separate chart.
• Attach photos to a tooth and find them in its details and history.
• Export a dental record PDF without photos to bring eruption dates and notes to a dentist or paediatrician.
Choose the memory you share
A tooth card captures one recorded event. Choose whether to include a name, date or photo. Names start hidden. Cards never include birth dates or notes. The image is created on your device.
For an illustrated keepsake PDF, choose A4 or US Letter and up to 8 photos in your chosen order. No photos are selected automatically. The name and birth date start hidden. Preview every page before sharing.
Your records stay on your device
No account, application server, ads, usage analytics or tracking. The log works offline. Photos leave the device only when you choose to export them; system backup settings still apply.
Permanent tooth tracking excludes second molars and wisdom teeth. Baby Teeth is a personal log, not a medical device or diagnostic tool. It does not give medical advice. Contact a qualified healthcare professional if you have concerns about your child's health.
Included without purchase
Both dentitions, child profiles, dates, notes, history, the dental record PDF, the first photo per child and sharing tooth cards. Preparing and previewing an illustrated keepsake PDF also needs no purchase.
Souvenirs: one purchase, no subscription
The purchase unlocks unlimited photos and sharing illustrated keepsake PDFs. Family Sharing is available. Previously recognized historical access is preserved: eligible families keep Souvenirs without buying or restoring it again. Buying or restoring Souvenirs requires an App Store connection.
