Most women have never had a formal mentor. 63% of us, according to the Rose Review. Business coaching runs to hundreds of pounds an hour, which puts it out of reach for most people starting out. The Female Founder works the other way round: everyone's a mentor, everyone's a mentee, and every day is a learning day.
MEMBERSHIP
The Female Founder is a members' app. Everything below is included with membership, an auto-renewing subscription at £12.95 a month or £99 a year. Cancel any time in your Apple Account settings.
WHAT'S INSIDE
Matching that actually fits. A short personality quiz, plus what you're looking for in industry, business model, stage and location. You'll see why you'd click with someone before you say hello. Ask for women who think like you, women who think differently, or a bit of both. You can also discover mentors and mentees on your own.
Book a proper mentoring session. Three ways to meet: a short discovery call, ongoing monthly mentoring, or a deep strategy intensive. Shared notes, actions to take away, and a reminder of what you said you'd do.
The Board. Your personal advisory panel. Have a challenge? Submit your question to the board and get considered answers from women who have been there. Feedback on a pitch deck, a new website, your strategy, or anything else you need support on.
