Tap the button in any VIVA email and you are in. No code to type. Get the app from your order confirmation and the first open signs you in. Brought in by a friend? The app knows, and puts you on their team in one tap. Everything from 2.0 is here too: the Studio with your rituals and breathing, your team with nudges and the weekly table, the feed with replies, £10 off for every friend you bring in and £5 of credit for you, and your bottles in Account. Free for every VIVA customer, subscriber or not.

Your guarantee date now shows beside the Verdict. Small fixes now reach you without waiting for an update, and a guard keeps your capsule history safe when you tick from the lock screen. Also: clearer Apple Health permission wording, fairer Primed Readiness points, honest share and reminder copy, and cancelled members can view their record.

Progress now shows the programme you're working through. Text never overlaps at large text sizes, and nothing clips on narrow screens. The Season table reads more clearly, and your month's Wrapped reads as a finished result once the month ends. The coach recovers quietly from a slow connection.

Text never overlaps at large text sizes. The Subscribe chip no longer clips on narrow screens. Set your own capsule time to the minute, repair yesterday's tick, and count your days before the app.

Your capsule, your time. - Set your reminder to any time that suits your routine, down to the minute. The quiz now asks when you take your NMN and tunes your reminder to that moment. - Days from before you had the app now count. Your calendar shows them as carried days in your capsule total. - Took it but forgot to record? Tap yesterday on your Progress calendar and mark it taken. - The Season now lives on your Today screen all day, not just after your tick. - A fresher daily actions library, tuned to your age and the shape of your day. - Fixes and polish throughout.

Reliability first: a rare timing issue could show a capsule day as missed when it was ticked from the lock screen reminder. Fixed, and the app now cross checks your capsule history with our records, so a recorded day can never stay lost. The Season also leads with what matters now: capsule days set your rank, points break the ties, and if you are climbing the app tells you exactly what the next band needs.

Two honest fixes and some polish. - Subscribing in the app now checks out at the member price with your delivery rhythm attached, exactly as shown - If your email has no subscription linked, the app now helps you find the right one instead of showing a message that does not apply - Profile photos upload reliably - Small fixes throughout

The Season, rebuilt around your own progress. Bands are now fixed point targets you earn, and Gold means you have banked your monthly discount. Also in this update: - Taking your capsule is always the highest scoring habit - Evening nudges stay quiet once your day is already done - Your 100 day guarantee now runs to the end of its final day - Small fixes and polish throughout

The Day 100 Verdict arrives. Day 100 of your fair test now ends with the whole story laid out: your capsule days, your own check-in words, and the honest read.
