Speak the job on site, in your own words. Quotebefore turns it into line items with quantity and unit, suggests prices from your own past quotes and produces a PDF quote on your letterhead. No typing on site, and no quotations to write up at the kitchen table after hours.
HOW IT WORKS
1. Speak: "Retile the bathroom. 24 square metres of wall, 8 square metres of floor."
2. Check: the job becomes clear line items. Description, quantity, unit.
3. Send: your quote comes out as a PDF on your letterhead, ready for the customer.
YOUR PRICES, NOT OURS
Quotebefore remembers what you charge and suggests prices from your previous quotes. Say a price while you speak and it is used. There is no price list from us and no average from other firms.
FOLLOW-UP WITHOUT HAVING TO REMEMBER
After you send a quote, Quotebefore reminds you on the third, fourth and fifth working day, each time with the follow-up message already written. Three times, then it stops.
NO ACCOUNT, NO SERVER
No account, no password, no sign-in. You enter your business details once. Speech recognition and line item recognition run on the iPhone. Your quotes, customer details and prices stay on your phone.
PRICE
Your first three complete quotes are free, with no time limit and no watermark. Quotes count, not days. After that, Quotebefore is a subscription through the App Store. It renews automatically and you can cancel at any time in your iPhone settings.
