Sennight is a private diary for people keeping a weekly treatment routine with their clinician's help. It does one calm thing: it writes down your week, and keeps it yours.
ONE DOT, ONE WEEK
A sennight is an old English word for a week — seven nights. Each week is one dot on your path. Log the day's entry in seconds, add how you felt if you like, and watch the line of your own story draw itself. Nothing is scored, nothing is judged, and there is no streak to lose.
WHAT IT DOES
— Records your weekly (or daily) routine: the day, the time, and whatever details you choose to note
— A gentle reminder on the day, and one the evening before, if you want them — and no other notifications, ever
— Weigh-ins, only if you choose: type them in, or read weight from Apple Health (weight is the only Health data it can see)
— How you felt, kept for you
— A summary of what you logged, to take to an appointment — it leaves your phone only when you send it
WHAT IT REFUSES TO DO
Sennight is a diary, not a medical device. It never advises. It will never suggest what you take, when, or how much; it makes no predictions, sets no targets, calculates no scores, and draws no conclusions from what you record. Decisions about your treatment belong to you and your clinician. If something feels wrong, speak to your prescriber, NHS 111, or 999.
PRIVATE BY ARCHITECTURE
There is no account, no server, and no tracking — your diary lives on your iPhone and we never receive it. No ads, no trackers, nothing to sell. Nobody pays us for your attention: you're the customer, and that's the whole business model. App Store privacy label: Data Not Collected.

Sennight is for adults aged 18 and over, in the UK. It is a subscription with a free trial; the price is shown before you pay, and you can cancel any time in your App Store settings. Not affiliated with any pharmaceutical company.
