You know the feeling. Forty photos of a property in your camera roll, mixed with everything else, and no way to remember which crack was in which room. SayScope ends that. Photograph the problem, hold a button, say what is wrong. The AI drafts job lines with rooms, trades and priorities, ready for you to review.
Visits are free and unlimited. Each account sends one report a week free. Paying lifts the weekly limit and the job cap.
WHAT THE AI DOES
- Turns what you said into a written job line, with the trade and how urgent it is, ready for you to check.
- Keeps every photo on the job it belongs to: a wide shot to show where, a close-up to show what, all on one line.
- Hears a room name once and tags everything after it to that room until you name another.
- Groups the report by room for whoever does the work and by trade for whoever prices it.
- Writes the report in the language your client reads, whatever language you spoke on site.
WHAT YOU DO
- Circle things with your finger to show exactly what you mean.
- Stamp a photo with the time, address and coordinates when it has to stand as evidence.
- Check every line. The AI drafts, you sign, and the report carries your name.
WHERE IT PAYS FOR ITSELF
- Quoting. Send the scope of works from the van, with a photo on every line. A quote that arrives the same afternoon and shows exactly what was seen is an easy one to say yes to.
- Keeping the client. A photographed report after every visit shows the client what they paid for. That is the client who sends the next job.
- Snagging. A list the site manager works through rather than files, room by room, every defect photographed and circled.
- Before and after. Photograph what you found, say what you did, and the report records both.
- Evidence. Dilapidations, condition records, check-in and check-out, dated and located, in a document a landlord or a court can read.
THE REPORT
One document, two ways round. By area, in the order you walked it, for whoever is doing the work. By trade, for whoever is pricing it, which doubles as the split for sending work out. It prints on A4, and every job line carries a two letter trade code so it still works photocopied in black and white.

CAPTURE WITH NO SIGNAL
Photos and recordings save on the phone without a signal. Transcription, AI drafting, syncing and sharing need an internet connection.
YOUR FIRST VISIT NEEDS NO ACCOUNT
Walk a property and send the report before signing in to anything. From your second visit you sign in with Apple or Google, one tap and no password, and everything you have recorded comes with you onto every device you use.
WHAT IT COSTS
Visits are free and unlimited. Walking a property, photographing it and reading the finished report cost nothing, however many times you do it.
Each account sends one report a week free, covering up to 10 jobs. It is a complete report: nothing is blurred, watermarked or held back. Every report, free or paid, carries one line in the footer saying it was made with SayScope, beside your own name.
SayScope Pro is an auto-renewing subscription, monthly or yearly: unlimited reports, every job on them. A single report can be bought outright instead. The subscription renews until you turn it off in your Apple Account settings.
AI writing has a fair-use allowance, counted in captures (one photo with its note): about 75 a week free, about 2,000 a month on Pro, shared across every phone signed in to your account.
Pro ×5 and Pro ×20 are monthly team plans with five and twenty times Pro's AI writing allowance: writing capacity, not seats. Check and edit AI drafts before sending.

Three fixes from the first week on sale:
- The way to Pro is easier to find. The plan row in Settings now opens the plans screen and says what it does.
- Manage subscription now opens your App Store subscriptions rather than the store's home page.
- A long address on the home screen no longer runs over the arrow beside it.
