Frame is a breathing app with nothing in the way. One screen, one shape that breathes with you, and haptics that carry the rhythm so you can close your eyes and still focus.
Pull the shape down to breathe out, let go, and the exercise begins. No menus, no timers to set, no accounts.
Five exercises, or make your own
Box Breathing for focus and calm. 4-7-8 to unwind and let go. Calming Box for a slower, deeper pace. Coherent breathing at about five breaths a minute. Wind Down, with a longer out-breath than in. Or build your own pattern with any timing you like.
Make it yours
Three breathing styles (an orb, rings and petals) in five colour themes, each with a matching Home Screen icon. Frame follows your light or dark setting, or you can pin it.
Feel the rhythm
Distinct haptic cues mark each phase of the breath, so the screen can be face down or your eyes can be shut. Turn them off if you'd rather just watch.
See it add up
Insights keeps your streak, a heat map of mindful days and a monthly overview. Log completed sessions to Apple Health as Mindful Minutes if you choose. A daily reminder can nudge you at a time you pick.
Private by design
Everything stays on your iPhone. No sign-in, no tracking, no data leaves the device.
