AvoPlayer is built around our in-house AvoCore playback engine and Avo Display pipeline, bringing a viewing experience focused on picture presentation to iPhone and iPad. AvoCore handles playback, while Avo Display processes brightness, color and picture detail for supported content and display conditions, delivering finer tonal detail and picture quality on supported videos. Choose Avo Display or Avo Display Max. Results depend on the source, device and selected mode; Max requires more processing power. Manage and enjoy your media your way, from local files to NAS shares and media services. • Browse videos on your device and external storage. • Connect to SMB, WebDAV and NFS network shares. • Connect to Fn Media, Jellyfin, Emby and Plex to browse and play media from your servers. • Switch audio and subtitle tracks, use external subtitles, navigate chapters, adjust playback speed and resume playback. • Play supported disc content. AvoPlayer does not provide movies, media servers or content subscriptions. Supply your own media files and servers that you are authorized to access. The player now supports both portrait and landscape device orientations. • Added support for FLV, RMVB, and RM files. • Added a separate port field when connecting to a media source, with automatic address and port synchronization. • Fixed playback failures caused by redirects on some Emby and WebDAV sources. • Empty media files are now dimmed to prevent accidental playback attempts.
