The letters of a hidden word lie along a winding path through the grid. Trace that path with your finger to spell it.
Up, down, left or right. Never diagonally, and never the same square twice. Simple to learn, and surprisingly hard to put down.
Part anagram, part maze, part word search: Pathagram is a word puzzle that makes you think about where the letters are as well as what they spell.
HOW TO PLAY
• Swipe from letter to letter to trace the word
• Slide back onto the last letter to undo a step
• Spell the hidden word to solve the puzzle and earn coins
THREE LEVELS OF CHALLENGE
• Level 1: only the word's own letters are on the grid. You can see the shape of the path; work out the order.
• Level 2: four decoy letters join the grid, but you start on the gold square.
• Level 3: every square holds a letter. Find the one route that spells the word.
DAILY SPECIAL
A nine-letter word on a bigger 5×5 grid, new every day and the same for every player. Solve it each day to build a streak. Missed a day? Catch up on any of the last seven.
BOUNTY WORDS
Spot a different real word along the way and it becomes a bounty: it goes in your log and pays extra coins. The puzzle carries on until you find the word it was hiding.
HINTS YOU EARN
Stuck? Spend coins to reveal the next letter, placed straight onto the grid. Each letter costs more than the last, so a hint is a real decision rather than a shortcut.
